2 to 3 frozen bananas
Approx. 1/2 cup of milk ( I use vanilla soy )
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (optional)

1. In a blender, blend the frozen bananas with the milk. Depending on what consistency you want, you may want to reduce or increase the amount of milk you use. If your blender is having a hard time blending the bananas just add more milk.
2. Dump the mixture into a bowl and smooth it out with a spoon.
3. Deck it out with whatever toppings you prefer. Feel free to copy exactly what I did or add some of your favorite ingredients to personalize the bowl.
Switch it up
Mix and match your favorite ingredients to create a variety of yummy bowls! You can even add different types of frozen fruits to the banana smoothie to change up the base flavour. Add frozen berries for a colourful bowl or some frozen mangos for a tropical twist.
