What’s for breakfast? Chia Seed Pudding.
How do I make it? It’s easy:
2 cups of almond milk (you can also use coconut milk)
1/4 cup of Agave syrup (you can also use napoleons syrup)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of chia seeds
1/2 a banana, sliced
2 sliced strawberries
A handful of blueberries/and or raspberries
A handful of granola
Dark Chocolate Bits
Drink it to go (smoothie version)
Blend all ingredients together until it becomes smooth. Put the pudding in a glass jar and refrigerate for 4h before use. Once it’s ready, poor content into a bowl and add garnishes.
Want a chunkier pudding?
Blend all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds. Once the ingredients are blended, whisk chia seeds into the mixture. Pour the pudding into a glass jar and refrigerate for 4 hours before use. Once it’s ready, poor the content into a bowl and add garnishes. (Berries, Granola etc.)
UD tip: Make the pudding the night before and let it sit in the fridge over night and enjoy it for breakfast the next day!7
