Energizing Green Smoothie Bowl
Feeling great is an important part of everyone’s day. Some of us require that extra java boost to get us through a week from hell. Here’s a healthier way to maintain your daily energy!
Here’s what you need (the 3 B’s)
1 handful of rinsed kale
1 handful of rinsed spinach
1/2 green apple (granny smith)
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup soy milk (substitutes: coconut water, coconut milk)
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
*If needed: add more spinach and/or kale for a thicker consistency.
Pour in bowl and enjoy!
